Who provides Hopami

Status and scope
Hopami connects people for games, runs and rides. Availability depends on the features released; examples on the website are illustrative. Organizers are responsible for their own events. These terms do not replace an organizer’s clearly disclosed booking conditions or mandatory law.
Your account
You must be at least 16. Where local law requires a parent or guardian’s authorization for a contract or purchase, obtain it. Use one account per person and accurate information; sign in with Google, Apple or an email code. There is no phone authentication. Keep access to your sign-in account secure and tell us if it is misused. Do not impersonate anyone or evade restrictions.
Joining and organizing
Joining tells the organizer you intend to attend. Check the venue, level, price and cancellation cutoff before joining; cancel early if you cannot attend. Attendance and late cancellation can affect reliability. Ask for correction of an inaccurate record. Organizers must have permission to use the venue, describe the event honestly, disclose costs and cancellation rules, and notify participants of changes. Do not claim qualifications or verification you do not have.
Game payments
Pay the organizer directly using the instructions they provide, such as bank transfer, BLIK or cash. Hopami records payment status; marking paid is not proof that money arrived. Hopami does not collect game fees or take a commission on them. Ask the organizer about cancellations, refunds or payment disputes. Hopami cannot reverse a transfer made outside its service; this does not remove rights against the responsible party.
Pro purchases
Optional Hopami Pro purchases use RevenueCat with Google Play or the App Store. The store purchase screen controls the final price, currency, trial eligibility, billing interval and renewal terms. Recurring subscriptions renew unless cancelled under the store’s rules; manage cancellation and refund requests through that store. Deleting the app or requesting account deletion does not cancel a store subscription. A lifetime offer is a one-time purchase for the lifetime of the offered service, not a guarantee of perpetual operation. Nothing here excludes statutory withdrawal, conformity, refund or other consumer rights.
Safety and content
No harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, fraud, spam or unlawful content. Share only material you may lawfully share and only the personal details needed for the game. You keep your rights in your content and allow us to host and display it only as needed to provide and protect Hopami. Report unsafe conduct or a game that did not happen through available reporting tools or hello@hopami.com. In an emergency contact local emergency services; Hopami is not an emergency service. We do not promise a fixed report-response time or that every participant has been identity-checked.
Restrictions and complaints
We may restrict content or accounts proportionately to address abuse, security risks or breaches of these terms. Where lawful and safe, we explain the reason and allow you to contest it at hello@hopami.com. Describe the event, relevant reference and desired resolution without unnecessary sensitive details. A person reviews disputed restrictions; urgent protective action may come first. Legal complaint and appeal rights remain available.
Risk and responsibility
Sport involves physical risks. Choose activities suitable for your ability, follow venue rules and stop if conditions are unsafe. We cannot guarantee another participant’s conduct, event accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver for injury or loss.
Leaving and changes
You may stop using Hopami and request deletion at privacy@hopami.com. Website email verification records a manual request; it does not delete the account. A person handles the request and explains any data that must be kept. See the privacy policy for retention. Changes to these terms will be explained before they apply where required; they do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Polish law applies subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence. No clause forces consumers to give up their legally available courts or remedies.
